Lesions are asymptomatic but are of cosmetic concern to some patients.
Lesions are yellow or cream-colored papules are often doughnut-shaped with a dell (umbilication) in the center (Fig. 30.23) and are generally small 1 to 3 mm in diameter.
Telangiectasias radiate in a spoke-like fashion (Fig. 30.24).
The diagnosis is made by the lesion's typical clinical appearance (little bagels).
Popcorn appearance on dermoscopy (Fig. 30.25).
