Apply an adhesive strip to the shaft of the penis about 1'' (2.5 cm) from the scrotal area.

Then roll the condom catheter on to the penis past the adhesive strip, leaving about ½'' (1 cm) clearance at the end. Press the sheath gently against the strip until it adheres.
