EENT: blurred vision, dry eyes, lens opacities.

Endo: amenorrhea, galactorrhea.

GI: constipation, dry mouth, anorexia, hepatitis, ileus, priapism.

GU: urinary retention.

Hemat: AGRANULOCYTOSIS, leukopenia.

Metab: hyperthermia.

Neuro: sedation, extrapyramidal reactions, NEUROLEPTIC MALIGNANT SYNDROME, tardive dyskinesia.

Misc: allergic reactions.
