  • Adjunct treatment (with alpha-adrenergic blockers) in the management of male erectile dysfunction from organic causes.

GU: priapism (intracavernosal only)

Local: thrombosis at injection site

Neuro: depression, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, sedation, vertigo

Resp: APNEA (IV ONLY)
