Neuro: headache, SEIZURES, STROKE
Misc: fistula complications, HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS (INCLUDING ANAPHYLAXIS), ↑MORTALITY AND ↑ TUMOR GROWTH (WITH HEMOGLOBIN >12 G/DL)
Absorption: Well absorbed (62%) following SUBQ administration; IV administration results in complete bioavailability.
