GU: pink or reddish-brown discoloration of urine, urinary retention.

Hemat: AGRANULOCYTOSIS, leukopenia.

Metab: hyperthermia.

Neuro: extrapyramidal reactions, NEUROLEPTIC MALIGNANT SYNDROME, sedation, tardive dyskinesia.

Misc: allergic reactions.
