Breastfeeding: Limited number of cases of breastfeeding with clonazepam have been reported. If clonazepam is considered necessary for use in nursing women, monitor the infants for drowsiness, adequate weight gain, and developmental milestones. If excessive sedation occurs, monitor infant's serum concentration.
