Breastfeeding: Safety unknown; although no literature is available on the use of simethicone during breastfeeding, it is known that simethicone does not undergoes systemic absorption. Therefore this drug cannot be transferred to breastmilk. It can be safely used in breastfed infants. No special precautions are required.
