Breastfeeding: Safety unknown; information is unavailable on the use of scopolamine during breastfeeding. Prolong use of drug results in reduction of milk production or milk letdown. A single systemic or ophthalmic dose is unlikely to interfere with breastfeeding. On prolong use observe for signs of decreased lactation such as insatiety and poor weight gain.
