Renal Dose Adjustment

• Renal impairment: No dose adjustments

Hepatic Dose Adjustment

• Hepatic impairment: No dose adjustments

• Therapy is for only external use
• Do not use on nails, scalp, in or near the mouth or the eyes or for vaginal yeast infections
• Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water
• If irritation occurs, suspend the therapy and get physicians opinion
• keep out of reach of children
• If drug is swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away
• Serious skin reactions have been reported such as Stevens-Johnson and toxic epidermal necrolysis

Breastfeeding: Safety unknown; however minimal systemic absorption after topical application. Topical terbinafine would not be expected to adversely affect the breast fed infant. Avoid application to the nipple area and ensure that the infant's skin does not come into direct contact with the areas of skin that have been treated.
