Neuro: dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, hallucinations, headache, impulse control disorders (gambling, sexual, uncontrolled spending, binge/compulsive eating), insomnia, nightmares
Resp: effusions, pulmonary infiltrates
Misc: digital vasospasm (acromegaly only)
