What are the indications for biopsy?
- Persistent mass after aspiration
- Solid mass
- Blood in cyst aspirate
- Suspicious lesion by mammography/ultrasound/MRI
- Bloody nipple discharge
- Ulcer or dermatitis of nipple
- Patient's concern of persistent breast abnormality
