EENT: nystagmus, photophobia, retinal hemorrhage.

CV: edema, hypotension, tachycardia.
GI: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhea, dry mouth, dysphagia, hepatic dysfunction, stomatitis.
GU: gonadal suppression.
Derm: alopecia, photosensitivity, pruritus, rashes.
Endo: gynecomastia.
Hemat: anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.
Neuro: neuropathy, paresthesia.
Misc: ascites, secondary malignancy.
