GI: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, constipation, diarrhea, hepatotoxicity.

GU: hemorrhagic cystitis, dysuria, sterility, renal toxicity.

Derm: alopecia.

Hemat: ANEMIA, LEUKOPENIA, THROMBOCYTOPENIA.

Local: phlebitis.

Neuro: CNS toxicity (somnolence, confusion, hallucinations, coma), cranial nerve dysfunction, disorientation, dizziness.

Misc: allergic reactions.
