Action

  • Inhibits the muscarinic activity of acetylcholine.
  • Corrects the imbalance of acetylcholine and norepinephrine in the CNS, which may be responsible for motion sickness.
Therapeutic effects:
  • Reduction of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
  • Reduction of spasms.
