Derm: hot flush.
Endo: adrenocortical insufficiency (due to concurrent corticosteroid), hypoglycemia.
F and E: hypokalemia.
GI: diarrhea, dyspepsia, HEPATOTOXICITY.
GU: ↓fertility, nocturia, urinary frequency.
MS: fracture, joint pain/discomfort.
Resp: cough.
