• Transient episodes of light-headedness, dizziness or syncope have been reported
• Confusion, anxiety and tremors have been reported with co-administration of propoxyphene with orphenadrine. Consider reduction of dosage and/or discontinuation of one or both of these agents
• Safety of continuous prolonged therapy have not been established; if prescribed for prolonged use, consider periodic monitoring of blood, urine and liver function values
