Endo: hypoglycemia (↑ with other medications)
F and E: hyperphosphatemia, KETOACIDOSIS
GU: ↑urination, acute kidney injury, genital mycotic infections, NECROTIZING FASCIITIS OF PERINEUM (FOURNIER'S GANGRENE), renal impairment, urinary tract infection(including pyelonephritis), UROSEPSIS
MS: lower limb amputation
