GU: erectile dysfunction.
MS: RHABDOMYOLYSIS, arthralgia, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, myopathy (↑ risk with 80 mg dose).
Misc: HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS (INCLUDING ANAPHYLAXIS AND ANGIOEDEMA).
