Breastfeeding: Absorption from the eye is limited; cyclosporine would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants because less amount of drug reaches to breastmilk after using eye drop. To reduce the amount of drug that reaches the breast milk after using eye drops, apply pressure over the tear duct at the corner of the eye for few minutes and remove the excess solution with a tissue.
