Clinical answers & AI brings two kinds of help into the conversation. BuzzLightning answers clinical questions from Skyscape clinical reference content, so a clinician can check a drug, a dose or a condition without leaving the chat or opening another app. The AI writing tools help with the message itself: tighten a long update, make it easier to read, or translate it for a family that prefers another language. You stay in charge of what is sent; nothing goes out until you send it. Admins decide whether the writing tools are on for the organization, and each person chooses when to use them. Most teams start with clinical lookups and add writing help once people are comfortable.
Answers support clinical judgment; they do not replace it. If a result does not fit the patient in front of you, check the full reference or ask a colleague in the same chat before you act.
