From any chat, a video call brings the people already in the conversation onto one screen, which suits a quick team huddle or a consult. For patients and families, you host a video visit and send them a link by text or email; they join from their phone or computer with nothing to install and no account to create. If a family member misses the link, send it again from the same chat. When the visit ends, follow up in that chat so the notes, files and next steps stay in one place for the whole team.
