Messaging

Send, find, flag and follow up on messages.

Messaging is where most of the day happens in Buzz. Clinicians use it to reach a colleague one to one or a whole care team at once, and office staff use it to keep requests and follow-ups in one place. The common jobs are sending a message with a photo or document, getting the right person's attention with an @mention, and answering an urgent message so the sender knows you saw it. When a chat gets long, threads keep side conversations tidy, and search finds an older message by name or date. You can also schedule a message for later, run a quick poll, and print a conversation when a record is needed. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.
