New to Buzz? This is where to begin, whether you are a field clinician setting up on your phone, an office coordinator working at a desk, or an admin getting a team ready. Most people do three things first: install Buzz on the computer they use most, fill in a profile so colleagues know who is messaging them, and add the people they work with to their Buzz Circle. If the screen feels busy, the simple interface keeps only the essentials in view, and you can switch back at any time. The menus and Global Actions page shows where everything lives. Once you are set up, Messaging covers the daily work, and Alerts helps you decide what should interrupt you.
